I am a trauma‑informed integrative counsellor with over 20 years’ experience supporting sensitive, neurodivergent and deeply feeling clients. My work is grounded in a non‑pathologising, relational approach that honours lived experience, nervous‑system wisdom and the protective strategies people develop to survive.

I specialise in working with clients who struggle to put their inner world into words — those who shut down, mask, over‑function or feel “too much” internally while appearing calm on the outside. I have a rare ability to read emotional and nervous‑system patterns with compassion and precision, helping clients understand what their system is trying to protect them from.

My practice is slow, steady and shame‑free. I follow the client’s pace, supporting them to build safety, self‑trust and emotional clarity without pressure or expectation. I work at the intersection of feelings, patterns and nervous‑system responses, offering a deeply attuned space for clients who need more than cognitive strategies.

My work is particularly supportive for neurodivergent clients, trauma survivors. I offer online sessions for clients across the UK and internationally.
