I believe in supporting clients to navigate the difficulties life throws at them holistically by working together towards restoring and improving their mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing in a way that acknowledges distress as a valid response to these difficulties, not as an illness. A non-pathologising approach encourages clients to reclaim their power and reset their compass to their true north, to who they are and where they want to go from there. My holistic toolkit consists of counselling and hypnotherapy.
