I did my initial training in integrative  psychotherapy at RELATE. I have a Post Graduate Diploma and have subsequently done further training in therapeutic approaches such as EFT and IMAGO. I draw on use Humanistic, Integrative, Psychodynamic and Systemic approaches in my work.
