Hi, I am an integrative counsellor with 30 years experience. I have worked in a variety of  settings, including private practice. I don’t have a large practice as I spend most of my days training the next generation of counsellors.
I work at your pace; I think it’s important that you feel comfortable and safe enough to share your concerns with me.  I don’t use lots of jargon and I don’t tell you what to do. I help you figure out what you want and how you may want to change things in your life.
